Original Gameboy screen replacements

What's the best place to get an original B/W Gameboy screen replacement?

I've seen a couple on eBay from China that're only a few bucks but these could be shitty quality.

Anyone have any feedback on these or heads up on a good source?

They're pretty much all from the same supplier I think. I've ordered from a couple of different US based places and they are the same. They fit well and look nice, but the scratch pretty easily. The first time I put one on I was using a regular paper towel to clean it off and I got some fine scratches on it. I replaced it with another one and only use eyeglass cleaning wipes on it now and it's still pristine. I'd recommend ordering at least two in case you have some issue.

Great, thanks for the heads up.

So these aren't exactly "original" screen replacements but replicas?

I seriously doubt Nintendo is making them anymore. Replicas are pretty much your only option outside of buying a system in mint condition.

Yes, good, but not great, replicas. I wish I could grab some original Nintendo ones.

I thought as much. For the price, I doubted they were originals, but I just had my hopes up that perhaps some NOS had shown up.

Anyway, I'll grab a couple and see how they go.

they have on alibaba glass replacement lens, i bought a few for my gba systems and they dont scratch easy
