Unbelievable that there was a copy of this issue still in this condition. If I was uber rich I'd much prefer this to the LA Clippers.

It doesnt matter what a price guide says. In the comic world, a comic's value is based off of what it sells for(especially ebay).

For instance, if a comic sells for $20 on ebay today.. expect to pay around that for that issue.
If it sells for $10 tomorrow though, expect to pay around that then.

Anytime I buy/sell a comic, I always lookup the latest "sold/completed" auctions before finalizing anything.
