It's a boot. I believe it's just kof 2002 with 2004 slapped on it.

like I said and then said again the fact it is a boot is determined, even more now.

I don't know what I was hoping for? maybe some king of gladiators type action or fatalities thrown in or something?

Its a KOF2k3 boot. Its crap, like 95% of the KOF hacks.

If you're only going to get one KOF get one of the original ones. 98, 99, 2k, 2k2, are by far the best.

If memory serves me right it's the '02 hack by Dragon Co. that has some new backgrounds, including some nekkid womens.

I really like kof 95 and it's the best one for me. Maybe because it is the one I've played the most, the one where I suck less, being simple and fun to play (no extra or advanced modes, orochi multiple Kyos and whatnot) or the first to have "edit team" functionality.
