Sengoku 3 MVS?

Hi

Got this on eBay. Parts seem to be original and the BK1 board looks legit, but I have doubts on the FIO board. Here are the pics:

Notice how the FIO board has hand-made solders and also the slots for chips C5 to C8 have no sign of having ever been used, I had never seen that on an original board, usually the unused holes are filled with solder.

Its probably a repair from a faulty CMC chip. I have seen some CMC chips go up and melt to hell its crazy to hear this but it does happen.

Also looks fine to me.

Clean the excess flux off the board with rubbing alcohol (Goo-Gone, or Unscented Dish Soap) and an old toothbrush.

Hi guys, I was suspicious because the holes in the missing chips spots have no solder, also the soldering on the CHAR board is hand-made but all the parts seem to be original, so I'm cool with that.
