Fantasy Football?

As the preseason starts tonight I was thinking it would be fun to do a fourm fantasy football leauge. Would anyone be interested?

Yahoo would be my preference, since I'm already in two other leagues there. And I've always liked their interface.

Well, lets see how things go.

Prizes would be cool, we would have to figure out a value limit I guess per person if everyone was down with it.
I think 10 or 12 man league would probably work best or the talent pool becomes pretty weak. If more people wanted to do it we could run multiple leagues.

So that is 6 so far, we need 4 more for at least a 10 team league. Where are all the college football fans? Come get a piece of NFL fantasy football action. NoClip, will share my prize contribution soon and I guess prize structure TBD?

I'll join for the Fantasy football league. i'm in two other leagues. but i always get screwed from injuries and such it seems every year.

10 team league? Did I log into racketboy by mistake?

I'm FULLY down if it's:
- No less than 12 teams
- 20 roster spots (or more!)
- PPR

I'm new to the arcade scene so I don't really have anything on hand I could use a prize but I would be down to buy something specifically for this purpose.

12 is the best number. 10 teams means you can start 2 QBs. I can join 1 more Yahoo league.

oh a free fantasy league? i guess it makes it to week 6 before the bottom players stop updating there teams.

fwiw i think cbs sports and espn are he better Fantasy football setups. Also auction draft or bust , its the best format.

The game(s) I would contribute to the prize pool. The Metal Gear game is unopened.

And something slightly more luxurious if we go that way.

I was gonna trade these in the market forum, but football is just as good an use.

Anyways, hope we can make this happen. Also, if it is a 10 team league, it does not mean it has to be a 2 QB league. I also think auction draft is way to go.

I like PPR format
Never done auction draft but Im down for whatever the group wants to do
Yahoo does have a standalone app and it works great, you can do all the roster moves you want on it including trading, add/dropping FA's, waivers, etc...
I would say standard roster spots, IE only 1 QB starts, 2rb, 1 te, 2 wr, flex, kicker, def
