EDIT: I wouldn't think pachislots are more profitable, pachislots only sell to owners of casinos strictly in Japan. While arcade games can be sold worldwide and also ports of the arcade games can be profited off of.

SNKP can just license the Korean company that made Samurai Shodown Kai Kai Kai for a Last Blade Kai Kai Kai sequel instead.

Here comes Last Blade 3 Kai!

I don't want to see any titles continues from the past because it's complete legend. I hate to see new Metal slug because it destroys my nice memory ....

The two LB games were way too perfect to top them with a sequel. Let the series be, enjoy what you have. It's a good thing it wasn't (and won't be) continued.

It would be cool if SNK made a "last blade anthology" and include the 2 neo geo games and the 1 NG pocket color game.

For which platform? 3DS eshop? Steam ? Virtual Console ? Neo Geo Station ?
Unfortunatelly there are 3 supporters of a new Last Blade so I can't email them asking for it based on 3 backers :(

This kind of already exists. PS2 has it minus the NGPC game.

3DS eshop. A physical copy would be even better. The 3DS has a Capcom fighter, a Namco fighter and a Arc systems fighter, we just need an SNK fighter on there.

a2) £400 for the Neo Geo, £25 for Dreamcast, £15 for Xbox Live Arcade.
a3) Better character balancing than LB2, some new characters and slightly better music than the first 2 (I can't remember any tracks that stand out).
a4) No.
a5) Yes, so long as it was a good quality development team behind it.

The SNK that created those games has long since died, and those devolopers had to find new job. The current SNK/P is SNK in name and IP ownership only.

Even tough I've seen over the years people around here complaining about SNKP and giving a f*** about the company, I wasn't expecting such a low number of 'backers' since Last Blade is a respected franchise among old school fighting gamers.
If I had made this thread in a capcom-related forum I'd probably get more 'backers'.

I don't know that SNK will new new versions of the more niche fighting series (like Last Blade, Mark of the Wolves, Art of Fighting) as their popularity doesn't necessarily justify it, as it does with KOFXIII, Samurai Shodown 6 and Metal Slug 7. They just use the more popular characters in games like Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. There would possibly need to be an arcade release, which is harder these days, with Japan being the only country with arcades.

a.1 : Neo Geo , of course. Would even buy a CD System just to play it if it would only be released that way.Won't mind an Retail Release for current Platforms either, Download-only doesn't feel right for me.

a.2 : What's needed. Should stay in the 3-Digit Range though... :)

a.3 : More Kickass Girls.Doesn't need to be overly big on Fanservice, but i wouldn't mind it either.I don't think there is much that can be improved Gameplay-wise.I always considered Last Blade as an ideal for all Weapon-based 2D Fighters.

a.4 : I would place it chronologically between the first and second or even before the first Game.Even if it had its benefits, the end of the Samurai Era and Westernization of Japan make me sad somehow, there's so many aggression involved.
