It's out on 5/28/2014
First game is kinda mixed bag, it's great game if you purchase two DLCs and get two new modes.
It used to sell $90+ on eBay.

Seems to still be in stock on play-asia.

I was underwhelmed with the first iteration. Watch a vid before buying.

They have it in stock at NCSX still too ... I'm so tempted as the first one has always been pricey .

Been watching YouTube vids / reviews. Looks like fun, but my only gripe is I prefer sprites. I'll still grab a copy if I can find it on the cheap.
