Is it possible to update a Nomi netdimm from v2.17 to the latest version without a gdrom or cf reader?

Well, sorta. It doesn't have the netdimm functions enabled until like 3.0 or something so you can't do it that way. But a way to do it and defiantly more labor intensive is to do it manually. IE have someone burn you the bios and solder it directly into the area.
