AES horizontal spikes

For some months my AES shows some horizontal lines on screen that last about less than half second and appear randomly every one or two seconds in random places. They look like signal spikes. Does anyone knows what it is?
I have recapped RGB output recently, 4 caps.

Maybe you can put a short youtube video showing the problem, so some of the more technical-minded guys can understand it better and maybe help you fix the issue.
