true, Game Center CX is awesome!

apparently they came out with a movie and a DS game based on the show too.. (havent seen them tho)

The DS game is called Retro Gaming Challenge. Its pretty great.

There's two games, one we got in the US and one Japan-only. Another is in the works, don't know if it's been released yet. I think GCCX scratches basically the same itch as NCK and doesn't require any Japanese, as well as having years upon years of episodes.

Yeah good thing that site is there. When the only source of anything was the forum thread, paywall periods were the worst. They also have a FB page if you're into that.

I watched the whole series weeks ago. Pretty neat. I especially like the episode about the release of Dragonquest II.

On a tangent... what a small world. I know the person that supplied all the original arcade posters showed in the tv series. Her collection is pretty amazing.
