Got it with backupram error. reads(5540)

1st - checked the connectivity for Ram3 & Ram4 (according to the data sheet MKL posted)here and everything was fine.

After that borrowed U17 from donor MV-1A board. Actually its called U4 there I think. When put into 1FZ(I actually lift 2 traces with the sunction pump, use it for a 1st time) I got some garbage screen. So decided to put back his own U17(74HC32) and returned to start position - reads 5540 or 5500.

After that borrowed Ram3 & Ram4 from that donor MV-1A again and soldered them into 1FZ. Nothing changed. So stuck to read 5540

At the moment Im waiting the ordered 2 x 62256 and 1 x 74HC32 to arrive and thinking what can be wrong...

Hello there again, so after replacing U17(74HC32A) got rid of backup ram error. But stuck on green, so replaced the crystal with another 32.768 I found in near shop and also replaced the IC1(D4990A) and still stuck on green. Checked continuity of IC1 and everything is fine. But the readings with logic probe isnt right for sure:

1: H
2: H
3: H
4: Pulse
5: L
6: H
7: L
8: L
_____________
9: L
10: H
11: L
12: H
13: nothing
14: nothing
15: nothing
16: H

Can You give me a hand, because I ran out of options.

So BRAM error is gone and now it's stuck in a calendar error? If the D4990 is working and the crystal is working, the only other thing I believe is the Neo-F0. Make sure all the dips are off though.

yes Backup ram error is gone and stuck to green now. I cant call D4990 working(even if it is replaced with new) because of strange readings I mentioned.
Havent got much electronic skills as Ive said, but surely its gotta to have some reading on pins 14 and 15 where the crystal is connected! -> according to this diagram: http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e230/Womble76/MV1FZ/2slotcalendarak9.jpg
And I am not sure the crystal is working too(even he is new too), my guess is that have to have pulse on these 2 pins, or at least some readings ... as I dont the problem should be somewhere before the crystal.
