Yeah I should've asked about board pics. Fortunately he refunded the full amount plus shipping.

How hard is it to make a homebrew cart? In short, I would need to desolder the roms, buy a programmer (holy moly, those are over $500? http://www.bellnw.com/manufacturer/BK-Precision/844USB.htm), and solder in a socket?

Just got this copy of Puzzle Bobble from a person in the market place and wanted to confirm if it is a boot or not. It doesnt seem to match either the real or boot scans from what I can tell. It has two little daughter boards on the first board as well (I didnt remove them in the first picture)
