The way this has a "normal" and "wide mode" reminds me of the gameboy advance tv adapter. Did you just use one of those and solder it together? Or is the "wide mode" just done by putting your tv in widescreen or 4:3 format?

Thats exactly what it is. You can compare the pics on his site and the wiring from the digitpress page. I assumed he designed new PCB or something to do this.

What really bugs me is he puts $185 on Nintendo Age and it doesn't sell. Then comes here and jacks it $40.

Now back to this consolized NGPC system... how much? Alternatively, I will take a Super Neo-Geo Pocket Color (Adapter to play NGPC games on an MVS [sorta like a Super Gameboy]).

Woah, Woah, let's not get to far ahead in projects first my friend.

It's long, it's complicated and intricate. It's also been quite some time since I made and sold the one I made, so I have to relearn it first to tell you!
$700?! I think I put maybe $300 total into mine. Problem is its worth more to me then what i put into it
Haha yep, when I saw them being sold at that price I decided to build my own. Finished mine last night actually

I am so lost right now. It was $185. I re did the math and the case wasn't as much as I thought it was. I've dont the NGPTV before and want to re do it. Keeping costs down is a kickstarter. I'm lost on what a crack trooper is as well

For all the haters, here are the photos I dug out of my email. Guess its impossible to have a bad email search system?

Yes it looks a little odd, I always build it how the customer asks

And on the topic of asking more here, check this personal message out. Look at the time stamps

And one last thing. Forgetting is a pretty easy thing to do with complicated mods. And the diagrams I had went by by. As noted in the thread I posted in labeled "Help a colorblind guy (Level 0 photoshop skills required)" where all my personal how to's I made are now gone

I can't upload the screenshot for some reason so here is the plain link to it
