Best stick for online PC gaming (fighters)?

You can tighten it from the bottom with a flathead, but I always have the same problem even still.

A few years back i purchased one of those wwe brawlsticks, i bought a custom cut out lami-label of the hulk mvc3 wallpaper at kinkos and bought all sanwa buttons and a jlf joystick. cost me a total of about 120 bucks and i have my own custom arcade stick! it also works on 360 and pc.
