Ok, so the outside label looks ok, its a clear cart, and it had a side sticker that had never been cracked (not a silver SNK branded)

The Rom chips look to have the right # on them, but some of them are in the wrong places, and there are some windowed eeproms.

Could this be an SNK repair job, or am I looking at a bootski.

That's a repaired cart.

I don't even think it's a repair. I've seen a few like that, and some with even more EPROMs, but with the correct part numbers on any solid PROMs. FFS is a weird cart. Either way, that one is definitely legit.

Yeah it certainly looks weird but as long as it's legit I'm happy. Thanks to everyone who responded.
