I suppose I should post my hello thread. I've been playing and collecting games for 30 years now dating back to the Colecovision era. When the AES came out it was way out of my ballpark pricewise.....still sort of is, but I loved playing the MVS systems when I saw them.

So I decided to go the CMVS route. Don't really have the room for a full cab as my game room is mostly pinball.

Welcome! I too am new around here and went for a CMVS. I'd had an AES back in '91-'93 when I was a kid. Was going to replace it but AES prices are a little insane. A 4 slot big red would be awesome as I've wanted one forever, but don't have the room for one.

So I ordered an Omega CMVS w/onboard Virtual Memory card. Very, very happy with it even though I've only had it for 3 days now.

Are you planning on picking up a prebuilt CMVS, or making one yourself?
