Forgotten world

I got this board form a friend. Don't know if it's a boot board or an original. I searched the pic of the forgotten board and All the boards don't look like this one.

Not a US/World FW board.

Good chance it's a JP board though. All the parts look correct for a JP board from that time.

Never seen a JP FW board though, so, somebody else will have to confirm.
