sorry to disturb but this a great idea: you already found the game: NG Quizz, the money: kickstarter project, the translator, the legal aspect of game's right, seems lots of people interested besides the jap/jp philosophical interrogation, so!!!

Maybe a kind of business plan should be made first: what are you aiming at? and how to get it done? then decompose each phase with theory and practical actions, put it down that everybody participating in the plan stick to it, etc..

That's just an idea

So the SS5 English mode was already done and just simply coded out? Interesting. Perhaps a hack can be made to add fatalities back to the game as a bonus.

Quiz King of Fighters has me interested so I will donate cash if and when needed.
