that s strange, i have checked his post, nothing insane or forbidden, and havent hear he was doing something bad, really strange.
Maybe he got a another account who was banned, and this account too. maybe .

or, he should try from a different machine...

sometimes ips get banned by a server, or ips banned from a firewall.

He contacted me via e-mail, I am in the process of looking into it. He was not banned as far as I know.

Tell him to clear his internet history. I've heard of this problem happening before.
