I have this problem with various PCB’s on my Supergun. The PVM monitor I have is an older model with no OSD, so you have to open the case to make adjustments which is a major pain in the ass.

I picked up one of these from AliExpress for adjusting the image and it works great:

US $28 | New Arrival Adjustment of picture position Converter Adjustable converting board connect to any JAMMA for adjust Image Position

Thanks for the link, mine showed up and worked as it should. Works great on my super gun and Trinitron.

The SNES game has very similar playable mechanics, but it is too clipped against the DOS version. It is clearly inferior. The end of the game in SNES version is a text and a map in mode 7. The one in this PC game, shows Hammond and his grandchildren, and the sequence of the helicopter fleeing the island. (None of that appears in SNES) In addition, the first person stages are much sharper and more fluid in the PC version, with better framerate and more varied backgrounds. There are also exclusive PC stages such as the sewer that does not appear in SNES.

The best video game based on the first Jurassic Park movie

This unit was distributed in Spain by Arcadia Software and it's a nice Big Box version. Very difficult to find. It was distributed in 1993

Thanks! I always liked the SNES JP, but the low-framerate Doom stages make it a pain to play nowadays. I'll check this DOS version for sure, didn't know it even existed. You live & learn ;).

I'm a little bit over the 2500 games mark in my collection now.

So from a practical perspective 2500 games being played during a 12 month period would equate to 7 games a day. Do you play 7 different games a day?

No and I don't intend to play every game that I own.
I like to collect almost as much as I like playing.

Congratulations on being the very cancer that's eating away at this hobby.

There's a bit of a difference from getting in some cool games to play and picking up crap by the thousands you never have any intention of using in a sad attempt to fill some void in your soul that will be eternally empty.

How to Help a Hoarder in Denial.

Use Love – First of all, let them know that you care about them.
Listen – Don't start an argument or become confrontational.
Ask Questions – During this conversation, don't tell the hoarder what the problem is with their behavior.

For severe cases contact a specialist in Trauma cleaning and Biohazard removal.

I can live with that.
Some people like to colect stuff, some like to play and some like to do both.

Are they at least games that you like? I definitely understand collecting, since I have had the compulsion for as long as I can remember, but I only collect things that I like, be it music, movies, books, games, etc.. I would never collect a bunch of country records, for instance, since I don't enjoy country music and would never listen to them.

Video games long ago became an artistic medium, both game play and the packaging surrounding the game. There's a reason most members on this board have a video game avatar - it looks cool. There's a reason video games have evolved from 90% gray box with the game name to having labels on the disk, art books, cover art, LE's, CE's, etc.

If there weren't collectors buying that stuff numbers would drastically diminish and the hobby so many claim to love would die along with it. The hobby has never had so much new content, deliverable to your PC, 3 mainstream consoles, phone, tablet, mainstream PC services, dedicated PC consoles, retro consoles, 3rd party clone systems, fan-made, independent developers, etc.

A game as posted above, the new Ninja Warriors game, doesn't get made if not for collector's. It can be had faster / easier / cheaper digitally, but there isn't monetary incentive enough to do that w/o the physical copies for those collectors.

I'm blessed enough to have 4 kids into gaming, so everything I buy gets played, but even if that weren't the case, there are absolutely games I would buy because while the gameplay isn't my cup of tea - I like the art, the franchise, or just want to support a developer in hopes they'll continue that franchise. Some of the KOF's have been terrible, but I still buy them because I want to support that franchise and hope we can get something as fantastic as 98' again. I guess i'm a cancerous KoF collector.
