I don't get it, did he recently purchase racism?

I recently purchased a piece of land in Colorado where I plan to grow old and not play video games

Is that near where the wall is being built?

Very cool, any water nearby for fishing?

It's pretty far south, so not as much water as I'd like - but there is some seasonal creeks and a large pond in walking distance. Gonna' be a vacation spot for now.

Got me some things :-) (been buuuuusy and away) - but it'll be nice to play some Rainbow Islands and R-Type Complete.

Also got two of the 8bitdo M30 2.4g controllers for the megadrive. The luxury of wireless gamepads is the future I'm sure. They work on PC too via a mayflash adapter for the dongles.

If you haven't already please look what the firmware of your m30 is and if necessary do a firmware update to the last available, the receiver and pad needs to be updated

Mine had the release firmware, sometimes it worked well but most of the time It lost the connection or it felt laggi

WARNING: GRAPHIC POWER PORN

Got really tired of having to swap power adapters around on my old 12-outlet Belkin, not because there weren't enough plugs, but because not everything fit. Enter the Pyle PCO865:

16 flexible plugs on the back. 3 extra outlets on the front + 4 USB for the hell of it. Here's everything hooked up:

And tucked in nicely:

Ah, the taste of convenience.

Monday's find at the Salvation Army in Nashua, NH weighing in at $99.99. This lot came in same day and cant believe it was still there. All the controllers have nice and tight analog sticks. I might go after a complete N64 set or try to recoup most of my cost from this.

I don't fully disagree with this but I just sorta write it off as you being proud of where you're from. However buying these particular games have sentimental value so I can respect that but I'd support you more if you actually used them for what they were meant for instead of being a display piece.

It's not about you supporting me more or less. It's about that I collect video games from the 16Bit era because I like it. To play them, I don't need to collect them. I can use emulation or flashcarts. In the same way that I enjoy playing them by other means, I enjoy collecting very old material. I collect because I appreciate the material part of this matter. Old video games were manufactured to be played cartridge by cartridge, but today there are easier ways to enjoy them, without taking up so much space. Therefore, the last thing I think when I collect these classics is to use them to play as if I were in the 90's, where I couldn't have the entire game library of a console in a single cartridge.

A lot of money for a flyer... I've seen that one too. But too expensive imo.

Are you into collecting English Neo Geo flyers?

Yes, I collect flyers and official catalogs but only those distributed in the West. Japanese flyers do not usually interest me.
The interesting thing about this 1997 catalog is that it was the last one dedicated to the western customer market. Since 1998 I have not seen this type of catalogs for NG AES in English, only in Japanese.

These are some genuine questions, when are you going to show us your entire collection? do you have a hermetically sealed room for all of this stuff? or do you dedicate an entire house to your collection? Are these pieces of history used as conversation starters when you have visitors to the museum?
