What exactly are the differences between Neo Geo MVS and Sega Dreamcast versions of Gunlord?

I want to know as detailed information as possible.

Is the large amount of cartridge megs compared to low amount of RAM on Dreamcast beneficial to MVS version in any ways? Is the increased processing power of Dreamcast used in any ways?

Has there been any changes to controls in patches since 1.0? Is it possible to run forwards, aim down and simultaneously jump in any version? (either rolls into ball or does nothing on my Dreamcast depending on the control scheme I use, very, very frustrating to die because the character does not always jump!)

Sound on DC is better. Leaves fall down on MVS version. MVS is version 1.1 and DC is version 1.2. Both play about the same with the arcade stick. DC has VGA for very good video signal. MVS 1.1 is better than MVS 1.0, as 1.0 just was not as polished.
