Super MVSII and 161 in 1 issue

I think I might have guessed the solution to my problem, but I wanted to get some advice first. I have a smvs2 (blue led) that works perfect with my AES. I have a number of MVS games and no issues. However, I bought a new 161 in 1 from Excellentcom.net and nothing happens when I try to use it. The blue led comes on, but nothing else happens. I am guessing it may be the power supply for the AES since that is what reading through the treads kind of points to. I have a 9v 1A for it. I don't have another system right now to test on, so does everyone agree this sounds like the issue, or do you this the Cart is bad?

I'd recommend a 9v@2A power supply.

Ok, I can try that. Does the 161 in 1 place a higher demand on the system since my other MVS games seem happy? Thanks for the FAST answer!

The bottom says PRO-POW-E. Is 9v 2A still good?

EDIT:Nevermind this question. Found a thread that covers it. Definitely need the 9V like you stated.
