Your opinion on these shockbox-inserts please

I really like the level of quality that you're putting into these inserts. I just wonder if that image on the back of the MVS multislot may end up being overused after a time. It's cool for now, but it also seems a bit arbitrary(?).

YES - I totally agree!
And finally somebody has the guts to say it
My intention was to make it really obvious that it's an MVS game and make it different from the AES insert.
It worked out well for 'older' titles like Fatal Fury or World Heroes but in 'newer' titles like Last Blade it seems a bit misplaced.
So what to do about it? If this wasn't so time-consuming I'd sure come up with better stuff but I'd love you guys to come up with ideas and share your thoughts as well.

If you think that this one was just a copy/paste-job you're soo wrong ;-)
All the characters, the background, the logos, everything is a layer, even the lightning.

Did anyone actually print and use one of the inserts?

What are you referring to?
I use Photoshop and Illustrator to make printable PDFs containing both pixel- and vector-based elements.
I'm sure there's no problem when printing my files.
I just need those artwork files to make an insert for "Breakers Revenge"

I've made a better back-cover for BTGolf, all vectors and fresh screenshot images, but I need your help to complete it:
Anyone who can write japanese on his keyboard can help! Just type the stuff from the back-cover so can copy and paste it.
ALSO: Anyone who's able to provide some hi-res images of AES inserts, flyers, marquees can help out as well.

That's exactly what I was getting at. I don't see any download links, only a picasa gallery that has jpegs.
