got this game today. question is what happend to it. is it suposed to look like this. looks like a boot to me but the snk logos are throwing me

All eproms, but legit boards. A conversion no doubt. Was probably a different legit cart converted over to puzzle bobble, which was super popular in its heyday.

I've never seen one like that with DIP adapters. Do the small boards the chips are on by chance say SNK?
