Could someone validate whether or not they can bootleg Metal Slug X and Metal Slug 3 aes carts? I've been searching the forums to see if I can get pictures or a thread about it. Thanks!

Every game is bootable but some games take a lot more work than others so usually bootleggers go for the trfecta (popular, high price tag, low cost).
