Against my better judgment I ordered a Super MVS Converter 2 from ic2005.com and I've been unable to get it to work properly. I have a low serial AES ~14000, I have a unibios 3.0 installed, and I'm using the stock 5v/3amp power supply. I have two MVS games, Blazing Star and Metal Slug 3, and both are exhibiting the same corruption with the graphics and no sound. I've already tried cleaning the carts and it made no difference. I emailed ic2005 and they say it is due to a weak power supply, here are the same pics I sent them, what do you think?

I should also mention that entering the JukeBox in the UniBios gives the error "Error Starting Sound" but the CRC check comes back fine for both MVS carts.
Update: I tried two new AC adapters today with the same results, waiting to hear back from ic2005
Update2: Sending back to China for replacement, what a pain
