how do you feel about 'game-whores'???

do many of you ebay/yahoo/wherever users get sick of so called 'game-whores'? the one's who seem to be bidding on every neo-geo pocket, every game, and pretty much everything else you KNOW they've already got cus theyve outbid you before? they annoy the crap outta me cus some of these must have like 5 or 6 neo geo's while the ones of us who can't afford as much have yet to experience one. do they annoy you or do you just ignore them?

i hate when you get zero rate ebay newbies just bidding to push the price up shilling does happen

Yes these kinds of ppl on ebay truly suck, but for what it's worth those same kind of already-have-5 or 6 copies-of-a-game hounds usually always end up getting bested later on for something that's important for them. So as cosmic justice goes, it's just a matter of time

Hmm..... i wouldn't say i am a newbie but i do buy a lot of neo pocket and other stuff. Mainly sets that i split up and sell on. I keep some and sell the rest. I'd just call it business, do you think the guys selling the stuff on the selling forum do it for the good of their health?

And as for the guys buying with zero feedback, they are no worse than some others with higher feedback. I sell stuff internationally and the stupid questions i get asked by experience EBayer is just ridiculous! Do i take Paypal? Does it say so in the auction?! Yes, then why ask!

I cannot say that i have not had problems in the past with low feedback bidders but i'd say we have all been there before.

Getting outbid, so what. Its the name of the game as Rudekid well knows..... ;o)

I just have one Pocket by the way, and a few games, AES and CD stuff. If i am a so called whore then so be it. Its money in my pocket and i dont lose any sleep over it!

I had that happen. One guy bid on about 7-8 copies of the same game. I didn't even bid, I just waited and found a copy that wasn't spammed to hell by his buddies.

Yeah, I know a few hardcore collectors and they really do piss me off sometimes. "I bought one copy so I can keep it in its seal" or "I've got too many games to play at the moment, this one will just sit on my shelf"

and here I am wanting all those games, trying to scrape the pennies together to buy even one. They rub it in...

but, for all my whining, I dont mind so much. If they want to spend $$$ on games, then let them! I'll stick to my 50 squid limit, thankyouverymuch!
