The event should have other arcade stuff, Bemani, Pop 'n' Music etc. I can bring shmup boards too I guess but I doubt we'll have a vert setup.

I remember the arcade there called the Treehouse. I wonder if that’s were you’ll be doing this, was mostly prize/ticket machines when I was there.

Charlie is the cheapness, he's the only reason I don't mind CPS2 Alpha 3, Naomi Alpha 3 is so much better though. One day I'll get the hang of Alpha Dee Jay, so different from ST.

I hadn’t played the game in 15 years and actually won some matches. Alpha2 brings back a lot of memories, basically the last fighting game I was into (not including Project Justice on the DC). I should give part3 a whirl at some point, I hear mixed things about it though.

My DK skills leave much to be desired. At any rate I think playing classic era arcade stuff makes you a more rounded gamer, if there is such a thing. I'm surprised more people on these boards aren't into stuff pre-late 80s. I could play games like Gyruss and Millipede for hours.
I can bring my 1943 board to your place sometime if you want to play it more. Fun game, but I think it's best played in 2p mode. Up until about a month ago a friend and I had the 2p world record, we're working on getting it back. There's some lack of competition though, you'd probably blow our score away with you good you are at the more hectic games.
