It would be impossible to fully determine that just from the picture, someone would need to boot the game and look at the boards.
These are the things that look suspect to me.
1. Serial number is 1108. That would imply there should be at least another 1107 copies out there, where are they?
2. The labels are square corners. With the exception of ADK games, pretty sure all other mvs labels have had rounded corners.
3. The discoloration around the label on the kit box. It looks like they used an existing kit box and when pulling up the previous label also pulled up some of the cardboard around it. You can see the same effect on my bang2busters box (http://www.mvs-scans.com/misc/bang_bang_busters_box.png). They also were nice enough to send me one with a knife mark down the middle, meh.
