Phoenixed CPS2 Boards

Can't seem to find an authoritative source on how to identify CPS2 bootlegs, especially if they are phoenixed. I've read all sorts of contradicting things.

All of these boards are phoenixed, every single one starts up with the pheonixed logo.

Also, anyone ever heard of Vampire Savior 2 being a problem board to phoenix?

The graphic/sound rom data remains the same phoenix or original.

Damn, look at all the boots. I mean they didn't even take the time to make it look presentable. Well like stated only gigawing is legit and that boards sell for a good price.
