Need help with this puzzle bobble MVS cart

Hi all, I bought a Puzzle bobble MVS cart for £9 from an ebayer, and it was cheap and a charity listing so I aint bothered, but I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a boot, as being new to neo geo I am unsure as this would be my 1st boot, though reading around it sounds like a boot, but would like to know if I am right or wrong. Images below:

If you see that many windowed eproms, it's a boot.

I just looked at mine and its the exact same....DAMN those boots! :mad:
It works great though...
