AOF 2 : repair or official ?

I have this art of fighting 2, works prefectly fine but it's not exactly like on mvs scan... First it uses a CHA 256B when it's supposed to be 256.
The back of the boards shows a fine solder job, but not machine made.
The prog board has an extra eprom with the P1 rom... Otherwise it's all legit chips.

Could it be that SNK switched to 256B revision and made it manually, or is that an official repair job, or an unofficial repair job?

That's common when someone makes a converted cart and uses the left overs to remake the mvs cart. Some don't care but when I make a cart if the mvs can be made to work again I will take the time.

Well that possibility reeaaaally didn't occure to me :s
