Black and White Crosshatch Screen

Anyone know anything about it? Got a non-working cart and tested to see what the problem is and the crosshatch comes up but with no color along the edges.

I'd just have the same symptom on 1 board. I think the color should be mix with SFIX fix tiles with PRO-C0 or LSPC-A0 in order to display correctly.
When I launch the game I have garbage on fix and non fix layer.

I had also this problem (with incorrect qty of colors in the bars test), changing the B0 solved the issue.
