Hold up on the joystick (away from the batter) to slow down your pitches and down (toward the batter) to speed them up.

Thanks Satori sorry for looooooooooong delay I had lost my account info and gave up trying to find but Im
back now found my stuff and looking for the vega jr can I expect a sellar even tough I havent bought
anything here before?

Is there a password feature for this game on MVS?

I thought I read somewhere that it's the only neo game with password, but I couldn't find it.

This is correct. "Tournament" mode offers you a good ol' fashioned super long password (max of 21 characters) in lieu of memory card saving.
