For a week last year I was really into making 8-bit inspired game tunes for developers to use. These are the result of that week. None of them are really finished, but I might get back into it one day.

nice!

I've been toying with the idea of making a 2d sprite game for the iPhone. If I get serious I might have to ping you for music help

Is there really a market for that?

btw, I love 8 bit music. The couple tracks I've sampled thus far were great. Time to fire up the NES...emulator.

Haha,

The background story is that I made these for guys from the gp32x scene to use for their homebrew games. There are always a few projects going on for the gp2x or pandora that could use some music.

There are a few groups that are pretty serious about their projects and have asked for music, but I can't really commit to any timeline right now.

Thanks for checking them out.

Not bad, not bad at all. I always enjoy a good chiptune.:buttrock:

What program did you use for the first songs?

Those were just done in Garageband with a 8bit synth plugin that I can't remember the name of.
