I saw the same auction as I got this game in my scope. I couldn't believe the auction end either. Especially, as I saw BIN copies for $600ish.

You take a legit MVS cart, desolder the ROMs, burn EPROMs of whatever game you want and solder them in. AKA sacrificing a cart.

You can't sell boots on ebay. You have to list them as conversions.

There is a loophole, it involves the feedback left after the sale and a tedious research.
What I am saying is how in the hell does he justify a 200 dollar MVS boot that doesn't use real rom chips. Can you explain that? Do eproms really cost that much to make?

If he verified it was original pcb's...why not take a pic? This guy has a habit of canceling auction sales that don't go high enough. 5 negs out of 49 is INCREDIBLY high on ebay; surprised they haven't nuked his account yet (and i'm quite sure i've seen this guys sell before on a different account, right down to EVERY photo being sideways).
