buriki one : i can't unlock silber?

hello,
after reading some topics about how to unlock silber , i tried again and again,

i finished the game with each characters without loose a match (sometimes a draw ) and silber is not yet unlocked.

i beat silber with all characters too but with continues against him.

i never removed the cart from the 64 board, but i don't finished the game in one time.

why i can't unlock him? i missed something?

You need to beat him with no continues and you can power off the board just dont swap games.
