What unknown Hyper PCB is this?

Since it says LVS I'm assuming it's Hyper 64 since the games on the Hyper have an LVS in front of them.

I'm pretty sure it's part of the RE/XR cab. I bought a pile of cables and boards from a destroyed game on ebay a few years back and I think this one was in there too. Controls lights or something I think, though I really dont remember.
