HNG Rev 2 pinout with alternate switch config

I know if you set the audio and board switches for JAMMA/JAMMA it's the JAMMA pinout and if you set them for MVS/MVS it's the MVS pinout, but does anyone know what the rev 2 board pinout would be if you set the audio output to MVS/stereo but set the board to JAMMA?

I think the only thing that will change other than the audio is that the test switch will be in the jamma location Pin 15 instead of M.
