You keep him when you power off the only thing that erases him is if you change game carts. The Hyper only stores game data for 1 cart.

do you need to beat silber with all characters in one time? or you can turn power off and replay later ? ( exemple beat him with 4 char then power off and play with others char later)

Well, if you get anywhere NEARLY as good with him as you are with Ryo...I for one would like to see it.

PS: Can Python throw any flashy combos like that? or just haymakers?

Python's max combo is like 3 hits, nothing special. After Ryo the next biggest combo is with Song which is like 4-5 hits or something.
