Yes, I know how you feel. I am exactly the same way. But you really should for Pulstar, especially if you're not getting far enough on normal. You can switch back to normal later, the easy mode is great practice for it.

to me it's hard as hell,
but mamma. it's worth it.
i remember always trying to one cc it at the arcade.
talk about an excercise in frustration.
