Maybe if you beat all with "MIRACLE"ranking

Has anybody ever got a Miracle ranking?

Miracle ranking isn't hard. You gotta be greased lightning in order to get one though, it helps to set your TOP portion in the first third of your life bar. Its also easier obviously, in the early rounds. Just pound your opponent mercilessly and you should be able to get one.

There are no secret characters in the game, other than Kain and Grant.

If you continue a lot and/or have very poor rankings throughout the game, the game will end after Grant (no Kain fight).

The most reliable way to get miracle is to beat the hell out of your opponent quickly and get a perfect. I've seen people get miracle after finishing off Grant without getting perfects, and only with average rankings... might have to do with getting to the end (beating all the characters up to Kain) within a certain time limit, but I'm not sure.

It's the best ranking you can get (better than SSS). Try playing a high-damage combo character like Terry, Jae Hoon, or Gato on level 1 and beat the crap out of the CPU with a perfect as fast as you possibly can.
