Hey:

And how do I unlock him/her? I can't play this game for more than ten minutes without breaking something, but I gotta know.

BTW, "FFS" is Fatal Fury Special. I'm sure most of you picked that up, but just to be sure...

It`s Ryo Sakazaki!You have to beat the game
without losing a round.Reach him and lose
to him.Then save your game.At the demo screen
you have to do a code which I can`t remember
right now but try this:U,L,D,R,U,L,D,R,U,D,U
you will hear:"Ora Ora!"And you can select
Ryo Sakazaki in VS mode only...I`ve heard about powered Tung but i`ve never actually seen him...Maybe a rumour!

When you get to fight him,you hear a voice say fighting masters and some neat Japanese writing comes on to the screen.Ryo's character then appears as a shadow ,it sounds way cool,the background is pretty decent too as you have todo doing his washing,some nice speech endings too,especially duck kings

geez, that is my favorite fighter of all time and i never knew there was a secret character. how do you get him in the mvs version?

You get him the same way you would if you play the home version,by beating every character without losing a round as heatblazer said,best way is to change dip swtich option to level 1 as you will have more chance <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I accidentally found this cheap way of fighting Ryo the other day:

Play through the game as player 1, doesn't matter if you lose or not, just as long as you get to Wolfgang Krauser.

Get beaten by Krauser, and on the continue screen, hit start on controller 2.

Beat Krauser without losing, and player 2 has a perfect record...so you go on to fight Ryo.

I did this by accident, I was fighting Krauser and lost with no credits left, and I wanted bloody revenge...

Is there a way to save the code that unlocks Ryo, so that you don't have to face him every time you want to use him in 1pvs2p mode?

On my machine there is this mighty button combination ABC provided to me by the mighty "Unibios" of the digital Neo wizard Razoola.

If you out the code in correctly after unlocking him it should save it to the memory card. If you don't have one you can order one...now!
