Replace the ram.
The way to tell, is to make a tiny short on the chip and then power it up.
Short out data bus to ground on the RAM chip, ( pins 13 and 14 for example ) . Then power up the board. The one chip, then the other. If you shorted on the bad chip, it will not change. If you shorted the good chip, then the error will change to FF51 ( for example ) . Then just change the bad chip.
