Playing a lot of Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire for PCE. It is a truly a fantastic game, but hard as hell. I love the challenge.

No kidding, you have great taste!

I've been playing Metal Black on the ps2 while waiting for my MVS Mobo to arrive. Also been playing some Vapor Trail on the cab.

Strikers 1945 Plus. The easiest pickup between the other shooters I got for the MVS.

I've been playing a grab bag of PC-Engine shooters over the past few weeks, Star Parodier, Hana Taaka Daka, Toy Shop Boys, L-Dis, Gunhed, Toilet Kids. . .

My wife beat Final Soldier last night, I was so proud.

Geeze, got enough Raizing goodness there? Which one ya playin?

Now that I finally have a mvs mobo, I've been playing Zed Blade. So much fun.

Also gave a cred at Dangerous Seed on the Genesis. Game starts strong, but it really drags ass near the end. It should have ended after 9 stages, not 12.

Hey, I did get that! I actually moved, but it found its way to me.

Sadly, I already played that 360 into its grave, so not so many Cave shooties these days.

But hey, I got a cab since then, so I can't complain :drool:

Awesome, re cab get! Glad the mail found you, so the 360 set is complete.

I'm looking forward to 360ing *in* my cab, once it arrives.

Glad to see you here man! I'm not at shmups so much anymore...

Nice get on the cab right back at ya! You'll have to post some pics when it arrives.

I'm just happy to FINALLY have an MVS mobo. Having a quirky NMK shooter to go with it is quite the icing on the cake though.

I do miss having the 360, but once it red-ringed, I figured my 360 ports would buy me a few nice boards. And they did!

Ended up picking up Dodonpachi II: Bee Storm... it got here the day after I rotated my cab back for the MVS, so it'll be a bit before I get to try it.

Esp Ra.De is my only Cave shooter now though. Kinda feeling the oldschool stuff more right now.

I have pussied-out and set extends (in Dimahoo) to every 2mil... Mainly so I can actually practice that last stage without credit feeding. I had a crazy score run where I had X9 lives by stage 4!

Trying to 1cc Super Raiden but always dying at stage 5 boss heh no point in continuing after that

Heh, no joke. I have the cab in yoko atm, but once it goes back I'll definitely continue getting pounded by Dimahoo.

You are making some crazy progress in that one man.

I have been playing Sexy Parodius on the cab. Game is damn hard, but keeps me coming back. That bath house stage 3 is hilarious.

I just purchased one of my favorites today. An old shmup from the 80's called Gyruss. Its a Konami pcb, so I gotta get one of those konami to jamma adapters, but I CAN'T wait to finally own this one!

make sure your cab has -5v or you'll get zero audio. Gyruss also has a cool stereo effect on it too

I recently discovered the joy of Psikyo shooters. Been playing alot of Gunbird on Saturn, and a bit of Dragon Blaze on PS2. A 1CC in Dragon Blaze feels really out of reach at the moment.
