Puzzle Bubble (SNK PROGGSC HCMK-C2X)BOOT..Wicked Boot I've never seen one like it and I'd be fearfull to put it in a cab.

Samurai Shodown 4 (SNK PROGBK1 CHA 256B).....LEGIT

World Heroes (SNK PROG16 CHA 42G-1).........This could Fool as a Boot....I think it's legit.
I've never seen nor heard of a World Heroes boot.

WindJammers = Legit
Puzzle Bubble = Boot
Samurai Shodown 4 = Legit
World Heros = legit

eproms are a sad reality on most neo geo games. It happens when the cart is repaired by SNK or when they run out of normal chips during production. Take black tape and cover the windows of the eproms. Leave the other white tape on just add the black tape over it.
