Talladega, Alabama.

Not bad if you're elderly and enjoy antiquing and furniture shopping.

Other than that, there's the racetrack. But if you're not into NASCAR than what's the point?

But then, as was just in elementary school when we lived there, so I guess my viewpoint isn't that enthusiastic. Still, not a place where there was much to do.

Eh, Talladega isn't that bad IMO.

At least there isn't much crime.

I'm not saying it's bad. Just really boring. Which ranks it the worst place I've ever lived.

Well let's see.....if you're talking about the South Beach part of Miami, then it's ok to visit, I suppose. However, once and I mean ONCE you leave South Beach and head into the inner-city sprawl, you'll question whether or not God truly exists when you see a town so cutthroat and decrepid, you'll swear you just warped into a third-world country. Between the hatred and bitterness of Haitians, Jamaicans, Cubans, and everyone else in general, it's amazing how the city does its best to keep travelers outta the huge-ass ghetto tourists-wise. From firs-hand experience of being mugged, extorted, and nearly having my grandmother's car stolen in Liberty City, I can safely say I fear Miami....hell, I should use that as a wrestling sign.

If you ever do go, avoid the following neighborhoods/cities:

Miami Gardens
Hialeah
Carol City
Liberty City
Little Haiti (unless you're into Haitian culture)
Litle Havana (unless you're into Cuban culture)
Allapatah
Overtown
Robin Hood
Poke 'n Bean
Opa-locka
Miami Shores
Norland
North Miami Beach
North Miami

Other than that, Tallahassee is the worst city I've lived in or visited, but I'm sure all that will change when I go to Tuskegee, AL for Spring Break.

Bakersfield, CA is the most boring city I've been to. It was like the most dullest suburb you can envision placed in the middle of a nowhere dessert.

It all depends on LA for the ghettos, but the traffic is a pain in the ass

Tucumcari, NM

oh my god what a depressing place. it's located on route 66 and is basically one road lined with old dilapidated motels and disgusing diners and shit like that. i can't imagine what the rest of that shithole looks like.

i stayed there for one night from about midnight to 6am and we couldn't take it anymore so we checked out early and got the fuck out.

HORRIBLE.

some of the areas of baltimore and DC are extremely scary as well.
detroit is a shithole, but i've only driven through it and never set foot outside of the car, so i can't really judge it on that.

I do not, nor will I ever, acknowledge that such a city exists.

Kansas City is in Missouri.

I mean yeah I guess "technically" there is a KC, KS but lets face the facts: the real shithole part of KC resides proudly in MO.

The worst place I have lived in is without a doubt Long Island, NY. Two words: Blow Out.

1 word: Yankees.

3 letters: LIE.

That's more than enough reason for me to hate this place.

Yeah I'll second that although Long Island is not a city...

It's either shitholes like Union or Hepmsted, Overpriced and Overpoliced suburban neighborhoods like the 5 towns, redneck shitholes like Islip, The Hamptons...

Everything else is boring strip malls.

I would really think that Langley, Va would be one of the safest cities in the US. Police there will pull you over if you fart in your car. And they appear out of nowhere like fucking Batman.
