is their any way to play as the last boss on any version of this game i did not see one on the debug bios fac is it even possible?

No.

The only thing you can do is come to the boss level, activate the right debug setting to play the cpu character. Short play time with him, but better than nothing...

I dont have the 97 cart yet (only the saturn one, me =lamer) but, My brother has the PSX version, you can play him on there (even though it sucks, a lot and the animation looks like the MC hammer cartoon)

Yeah, what Mobbish said. Get the modified P1 rom if you wanna play as Orochi. But just don't pull that shit when playing on Kaillera man, cause it's cheap as hell

Orochi IS kinda playable in the AES version of the game!
All you need a debug-bios. With player1 you have to fight all your way through to Orochi. Then go into the Debug-menu and enter the Dip Menu. Activate Dip 2-1 and tadaah! The 2nd player now controls Orochi.

This are his moves:
Genocide Cutter: B or D
Shoot: Quarter Circle Forward, A
Shatter low: Quarter Circle Forward, B
Shatter high: Quarter Circle Forward, C
Pillar blast: Half Circle Back, A, B, C or D
Whole-screen ray DM: Quarter Circle Backward, A or C
Suck-in DM: Upper Circle, A or C
