Hi

I keep seeing CMVS popping up in different places like gumtree and eBay with this very same front panel. It seems to be in production or sale somewhere but I can't find where. Does anyone here know where I can source one?

Finally finished, I couldn't find a pre made front so I had a piece of acrylic cut to size and bent. The port holes are a little rough as I only had a dremel to do them with.
I created a port jamma to mount the ports on as I was not sure where to mount them clearly or what the front would look like

It has a digital temp gauge and a voltage gauge. Adjustment knob for voltage and also RGB adjustment pots.

It looks pretty bad ass when powered on, the left side is where all the digital gauges are located

Thanks! It is a nice set-up, and I am loving the two bean sticks with it.

The xrgb has improved the set-up for sure. I did have a look for an old monitor, but gave up as it would look proper out of place in my little condo. So the xrgb does the job with the flatscreen.
However, setting it all up is a bitch. I need to always pack it away as everything gets too dusty and as it takes up too much space when left out. But hey, part of the hobby I guess.

Also wanted to say that there is some beautiful units in this thread! Amazing work. I remember the early and mid 2000s, when getting a consolised 2-slot in Europe was a huge score. Things have changed in so many ways.
This community is still amazing. I'll check in every now and then and look forward to see more creative efforts.

I always love to see people building their own units instead of just buying cookie cutter types. Adds to the personality of the system and a good conversation piece and inspires others to make their own as well. Keep it coming.

CMVS MV1-FZ

Consolized the MV1-FZ board for a friend in exchange of a MV1-A and 2 MVS cartridges :D
After viewing this thread tonight I realized how light weight is my CMVS.
I will post twice for 2 system.

I really like seeing these 1A/FZs. Being able to compress everything in such a limited space is impressive.

As I try to build a Neo collection again I intend to have a CMVS alongside my AES so I can still play the titles I can't repurchase due to prices going stratospheric. (Has to be proper SNK hardware, emu will never replace that feel) I once had an Omega, which was a really nice system, are there any other off the shelf options these days though? Not interested in the analogue wooden lumps.
